At Indian Hills Community College, we have built a program where you can grow as a wrestler, a student and as a person

We are also the six-time defending junior college national champions on the women’s side, and we are looking for the next group of athletes who want to be a part of something special.

About Coach Wynn:

Darren Wynn is set to begin his second season at the helm of the Indian Hills Women's Wrestling program. A former assistant at Indian Hills, Wynn was tapped as the first full-time head women's wrestling coach on March 25, 2024.

 Coach Wynn won the 2016 NCAA Division II National Championship at 141 lbs.

In his 2025-26 debut season with the Warriors, Wynn continued the legacy of Indian Hills Women's Wrestling success, guiding the program to its fifth consecutive national championship.  Ranked No. 1 in the nation throughout the duration of the 2025-26 season, the Warriors cruised to the national title by 25.5 point margin over the runner-up team.   Indian Hills had three NJCAA individual national champions, secured 16 All-American honors and 13 top-three finishes.

Academically, the Warriors were recognized as a NWCA and NJCAA Academic Team of the Year while four individuals earned NWCA Scholar All-American honors and six NJCAA All-Academic selections.
